to know the most information about one R.E. subject than it is to have a good idea about most of it. Be an expert in at least one field.

• Accept that the world is using Google to find everything including real estate.

• Join your local REIA. Clubs get you around the movers and shakers and allow you to market yourself to the people that matter. Get online and join some clubs there too.

• Read the best books.

• Get a mentor.

• Work harder.

• Success is a progressive realization of a worthwhile dream. Enjoy the journey. An education in real estate might be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life
or you could make it a necessary evil that is a thorn in your side. If the second is your deal, please do something else and make that your passion.
